Refund policy
1. CANCELLING YOUR TREATMENT.
1.1 We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to change your arrangements. Please see below our T’s & C’s for how we handle cancellations and amendments, these rules also apply to sickness.
1.2 Should you wish to cancel your booking the following terms and conditions apply:
1.2.1 All cancellations must be made in writing to treatments@empirebeautyaesthetics.co.uk and will incur a £30 admin charge.
1.2.2 Any cancellations with 4 weeks (28 calendar days) or more notice before your course date and you have paid for the treatment in full then the treatment fees will be refunded but no booking fee is refundable, and you will incur a £30 admin fee
1.2.4 Cancellations between 2 and 3 weeks (21-28 calendar days) before your treatment date- 50% of the treatment price will be refunded plus the £30 admin charge will incur. 1.2.5 Cancellations less than 2 weeks (21 calendar days) prior to your treatment date – 100% of the treatment fees will be forfeited. You can rearrange this ONE time, but a £20 charge will be incurred.
1.2.6 Cancelling the treatment within 48 hours – 100% fee plus £30 admin fee.
1.2.7 Any remaining balance on a delegates account must be allocated within 12 months or will be voided.
1.2.8 Delegates may choose to independently arrange insurances to provide indemnity against possible cancellations. Empire Clinics do not provide any cancellation insurance policies, but are aware of “Cancel Sure Insurance”, a company which specialises in insurance for training course cancellations (please be aware this does not constitute a recommendation and Empire Clinics cannot accept any liability for any insurance policy you choose to buy).
1.2.9 Empire Clinics does not issue refunds for “Acts of God”.
1.2.9.1 An “Act of God” is defined as an event outside of human control such as a
sudden floods earthquakes, pandemics, or other natural disasters for which no
one can be held responsible for.
1.2.9.2 This also includes weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods etc.
If Empire Clinics chooses to cancel a course due to an “Act of God” then it is not liable for any loss resulting to the delegate as a result due to the course being cancelled.
1.2.9.3 Empire Clinics will try and make all reasonable effort to replace a cancelled course by arranging an alternative date, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the majority of delegates for that course have been affected, this will be made free of additional charge.
2. AMENDEMENTS TO YOUR TREATMENT BOOKING.
2.1 Should you wish to amend your booking by changing your treatment date, the following terms and conditions apply.
2.2 All requests to change treatments must be made in writing to
treatments@empirebeautyaesthetics.co.uk and will incur a £30 admin charge.
2.3 Empire Clinics cannot guarantee you a place on your chosen alternative treatment date. Empire Clinics will accommodate you to the best of our ability to get a rearranged date.
2.4 Changing treatment date rearrangement fees:
2.4.1 Empire Clinics allow for ONE change of appointment, a £10 admin charge will incur
2.4.1.1 Changing date between 1-3 working weeks (7-21 calendar days) before your original training course date – there is a 30% charge for changing date plus the administration charge of £300.
2.4.2 Changing date within 1 week (7 calendar days) of course date – there is 50% charge plus £30 admin fee.
2.4.3 Changing the date within 24 hours – 100% fee plus £30 admin fee.
2.4.4 In the event of a death in your immediate family, please contact us within 7 days of the circumstances to notify us and we will re-book your course place upon the supply of a copy of death certificate. (Subject to a £100 admin fee). Unfortunately, no other exceptions can be made.
2.4.5 We apply these fees because the closer it gets to the course date, the harder it is to fill delegates spaces and to cancel live models.
